When you use Clienzo, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and business information, as well as contact lists and subscriber data you import for email campaigns, and review data synced from connected platforms (Google, Facebook, Yelp).
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve Clienzo, send you service-related communications, provide customer support, and process payments. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@clienzo.io.
4. Third-party integrations
Clienzo integrates with Google, Facebook, and Yelp to sync review data, and uses email delivery infrastructure to send campaigns on your behalf. When you connect third-party platforms, you are also subject to their respective privacy policies. We request only the permissions required to operate the service. We never store your platform passwords.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Platform credentials are stored using OAuth tokens. We never store your Google, Facebook, or Yelp passwords.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your session, analyze usage, and improve our service. You can control cookie settings in your browser. Some features of Clienzo may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.
